A cozy, community-focused café where residents and neighbors enjoy home-cooked meals. It’s affordable, warm, and EBT-friendly—ensuring no one goes hungry. Residents can work at Grub Café, gaining culinary skills and income to help cover housing costs.

A lush garden space where residents grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Fresh produce is sold at the farmers market right next door. Residents earn extra income, build pride in their work, and eat healthier.

An accessible, welcoming health center right on-site. Whether it’s a sore throat, minor injury, or mental health concern, residents can get immediate care without barriers. The clinic accepts Medicaid, CHIP, and sliding scale payments, partnering with local hospitals to ensure quality care.

Doris’ Doors is more than just housing—it’s a pathway to dignity, stability, and self-sufficiency for single parents and young adults who have aged out of foster care. We build vibrant communities of tiny homes on vacant lots, with holistic support services, affordable meals, meaningful work opportunities, and on-site urgent medical care—all designed to help residents thrive while pursuing education and careers.
